Terms of Use for Consulting Services
These terms govern the use of the anchorprivate.com platform and all associated consulting and business solutions. By using our services, you agree to the following provisions.
1. Scope and Subject of the Contract
These terms of use apply to all services offered by anchorprivate.com, including strategic business consulting, process optimization, digitalization consulting, and change management. Consulting is provided on the basis of individual agreements and is tailored to the specific requirements of the client. Liability for specific economic results is expressly excluded.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties
The client undertakes to provide all information necessary for the consulting completely and truthfully. The consultant is obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding all business details that come to their knowledge. Both parties are entitled to terminate the contract at any time for good cause. Ordinary termination requires a notice period of two weeks to the end of the month.
3. Limitation of Liability
Liability of anchorprivate.com for damages arising from simple negligence is excluded, unless there is a breach of essential contractual obligations. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is limited to foreseeable damages. This limitation does not apply in the event of injury to life, body, or health.
4. Data Protection and Confidentiality
All personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of anchorprivate.com. The consultant undertakes to treat all information provided by the client as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. Exceptions include legal disclosure obligations or disclosure to subcontractors who are also bound to confidentiality.
5. Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time with effect for the future. Clients will be informed of material changes by email. If the client does not object within four weeks of receiving the change notice, the new terms are deemed accepted. The current version is always available at anchorprivate.com/terms.html.
6. Final Provisions
The laws of the Republic of Austria apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of anchorprivate.com. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
